Yoga is back at Margam Park!
Next Session is on Tuesday 3rd May
10:45am- 11:45am
Meet at the turbine House at 10:45 (just diagonally up to the right as you enter the park, you can be asked to be pointed in the right direction )
Yoga at the beautiful Margam Park is back. Held outdoors (or indoors if bad weather) and taught by a certified Yoga Alliance 200hr Yoga Teacher, so you're in safe hands. Aimed at beginners with some variations offered for those wanting a challenge, please don't let your size, age, ability etc stop you.
Yoga is for all ended with sound healing and in one of the most amazing settings, with a portion of proceeds being donated to the Friends of Margam, you don't want to miss this magic session

Payment is £7 on arrival, so why not make a day/visit of it and enjoy the park after your session? There's so much to see and do!
Please wear warm clothing (especially socks), bring a blanket if you like (and a pillow if you like) a mat and a drink.
