Margam Castle comes to life when you take a guided tour with one of our fabulous volunteer tour guides.
The tour looks at all aspects of the Castle, inside and out! 
Approx 45 minutes. Suitable for age 5+ . Spaces are limited so please pick up tickets at the car park kiosk on arrival to guarantee your place.

Tuesday 21st February

*Wonderful Woolly Pompoms
-Come and get crafty, make some wonderful woolly pompom key-rings.
Session times 11:00am -12:00pm , 12:15pm - 1:15pm , 1:45pm -2:45pm, 3:00pm - 4:00pm.
Tickets £3 per child.  Meet in the Castle.  Session tickets available in advance or on the day 
from the entrance cabin.

Wednesday 22nd February

*Zoolab ‘Animals in Winter’ Autumn is an animal food fest – but what happens in winter? What food is left to eat? What happens to cold-blooded animals such as frogs? Find out what happens, how and why? We will look at everything from hibernation to bird migrations and find how other animals and insects adapt to the cold and find shelter. Session times 11:00am, 12:15pm, 1:45pm and 3:00pm (sessions approx. 45 minutes). Tickets £3 per child. Meet in the Castle. Session tickets (limited numbers) available in advance or on the day from the entrance cabin.

*NPT Family Meet Sheldon in giving out information and freebies 10:30am - 3:00pm Visitor Center Courtyard.

* Mud Monsters’ at the Margam Discovery Center -11:00-3:00. Free activities. Prepare to get messy! Great fun for all ages.

Thursday 23rd February

*Animal Magic Mask Making Spring is on its way!
Come and learn about some of our wonderful wildlife and make a mask of your favorite creature.
Sessions £3 per child in the Castle at 11:00am -12:00pm, 12:15pm - 1:15pm, 1:45pm-2:45pm, 3:00pm-4:00pm
